To browse the store simply choose one of the categories to the left and then select the desired manufacturer from the navigation above, you can check and amend your shopping basket at any time during a session. To search for a particular item use the search facility.

This site is hosted on a secure server and all transactions are encoded for further security.

Making A Purchase

could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit/Debit card payment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Maestro and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone,snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling

We have Three levels of delivery charge.

Level 1: For smaller items (usually under £25.00) we send your item via
Royal Mail recorded Delivery.The cost of this level is £2.50.

Level 2: For larger items or orders over £25.00 we use a courier service.This
service is usually shipped to you next day if your order is placed with us
before 1500 hrs.If placed after this time it will be shipped next working
day.The cost of this level is £4.99.

Level 3: All Orders over £80.00 are now shipped FREE of Charge!

All methods of shipping require for the goods to be signed for on
delivery,so please make sure there will be somebody in to sign for the
goods.

Unfortunately Northern Ireland, The Shetland Islands, Isle Of Skye and other remote areas are only delivered to by Royal Mail. Any order over 2KG in weight to these places may be charged an additional delivery fee.
We will call you in the event that your order is too heavy.
Alternatively we may use a courier service which may take a few days extra to be delivered, But as of Sept 1st 2008 with the current Fuel prices etc the Courier option is expensive as the couriers have raised their prices considerably.

N.B. We try and ship next day if ordered before 3pm. Please check your letterbox to see if our courier has left a card to say they tried to deliver your goods but you were out. If so then please call the number on the card and rearrange a suitable delivery day. If you do not have a card or your goods after 3 working days please give us a call so we can track the parcel for you.

N.B. We cannot change your delivery address with the courier, if you are always at work please input your work address when you order and we will deliver it to your work address.
Delivery Schedule

If we are unable to ship your order within 72 hours of receiving it, we will call you with the bad news. In all circumstances, your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped. We will update you by email when we think we can help get the item(s) to you If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK, 17.5% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy

We will accept return merchandise within 10 days of receipt when it is in a NEW and UNUSED condition and with its original packaging.

Returns are at your cost. (Please note that items purchased as Christmas presents will be accepted back after 10 days (But no more than 21 days) as Christmas is clearly an exception).

We will only accept packages that arrive with a Return Authorisation Number clearly marked on them. You may request a RA number by emailing us at sales@nativeskatestore.co.uk Please include your order number from your invoice for faster processing and the reason for your return. If returning items to us,we advise that you send them Parcel Force or regular mail, and obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTING from the Post Office. Sending items recorded or special delivery can prove to be very expensive. If in doubt, please call us here on 0191 2612229 or e-mail sales@nativeskatestore.co.uk When we are requested to assemble a complete setup skateboard, or fit the griptape, we will do so as carefully as possible but we cannot be held responsible for any scratches to the board which may occur. We can also not exchange a skateboard once it has been assembled or gripped as it is now no longer in its original packaging.

Due to the nature of the sport we will not replace broken skateboard decks. This does not affect your statutory rights
