Delivery

We have Three levels of delivery charge.

Level 1: For smaller items (usually under £25.00) we send your item via Royal Mail recorded Delivery.The cost of this level is £2.50.

Level 2: For larger items or orders over £25.00 we use a courier service.This service is usually shipped to you next day if your order is placed with us before 1500 hrs.If placed after this time it will be shipped next working day.The cost of this level is £4.99.

Level 3: All Orders over £80.00 are now shipped FREE of Charge!

All methods of shipping require for the goods to be signed for on delivery,so please make sure there will be somebody in to sign for the goods.

Unfortunately Northern Ireland, The Shetland Islands, Isle Of Skye and other remote areas are only delivered to by Royal Mail. Any order over 2KG in weight to these places may be charged an additional delivery fee. We will call you in the event that your order is too heavy. Alternatively we may use a courier service which may take a few days extra to be delivered, But as of Sept 1st 2008 with the current Fuel prices etc the Courier option is expensive as the couriers have raised their prices considerably.

N.B. We try and ship next day if ordered before 3pm. Please check your letterbox to see if our courier has left a card to say they tried to deliver your goods but you were out. If so then please call the number on the card and rearrange a suitable delivery day. If you do not have a card or your goods after 3 working days please give us a call so we can track the parcel for you.

N.B. We cannot change your delivery address with the courier, if you are always at work please input your work address when you order and we will deliver it to your work address.

Delivery Schedule

If we are unable to ship your order within 72 hours of receiving it, we will call you with the bad news. In all circumstances, your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped. We will update you by email when we think we can help get the item(s) to you If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
