We will accept return merchandise within 10 days of receipt when it is in a NEW and UNUSED condition and with its original packaging.
Returns are at your cost. (Please note that items purchased as Christmas presents will be accepted back after 10 days (But no more than 21 days) as Christmas is clearly an exception).
We will only accept packages that arrive with a Return Authorisation Number clearly marked on them. You may request a RA number by emailing us at sales@nativeskatestore.co.uk Please include your order number from your invoice for faster processing and the reason for your return. If returning items to us,we advise that you send them Parcel Force or regular mail, and obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTING from the Post Office. Sending items recorded or special delivery can prove to be very expensive. If in doubt, please call us here on 0191 2612229 or e-mail sales@nativeskatestore.co.uk When we are requested to assemble a complete setup skateboard, or fit the griptape, we will do so as carefully as possible but we cannot be held responsible for any scratches to the board which may occur. We can also not exchange a skateboard once it has been assembled or gripped as it is now no longer in its original packaging.
Due to the nature of the sport we will not replace broken skateboard decks. This does not affect your statutory rights
