A Snapback is basically just a baseball cap with an adjustable plastic fastener to enable the hat to fit on to must sizes and shapes of head. Technically in "urban slang" a Snapback is a flat-peaked cap rather than a mesh back or a trucker cap that features a pre-bent or curved peak but still has the adjustable plastic snapback fastener.
