Krooked Skateboards
Founded in 2002 by skateboarding icon Mark “Gonz” Gonzales following his departure from Real Skateboards, Krooked Skateboards operates under Deluxe Distribution with fellow heavyweights Real, Antihero, and Spitfire. Known for its playful, sketchbook-style graphics, that all spring from the mind of Gonz himself.
Founded in 2002 by skateboarding legend Mark Gonzales, Krooked Skateboards serves as a canvas for his whimsical, hand drawn artistic vision. Operating under Deluxe Distribution alongside heavy hitters Real, Antihero, and Spitfire, the brand quickly became known for its colorful, sketchbook-inspired graphics and playful approach to skateboarding.
Krooked offers more than standard popsicle decks, with unique shapes and cruisers like the “Zip Zinger” series and highly sort after “Beamer”. Limited-edition “Guest Boards” pay homage to skate legends and contemporary pros, often featuring Gonz’s custom artwork.
Over the years, Krooked has released some of skateboarding’s most influential videos, including Krooked Kronichles, Gnar Gnar, and Krook3d, and has built an eclectic team featuring skaters like Dan Drehobl, Bobby Worrest, Mike Anderson, and Ray Barbee. Celebrated for injecting fun and spontaneity back into professional skateboarding, Krooked Skateboards continues to champion creativity over convention.
