Returns Info

Native Skate Store offer a 28 day returns policy for an exchange, credit or refund.

If you require an exchange or a refund please email returns@nativeskatestore.co.uk to obtain a return authorisation number.

All returns are at your expense (unless deemed faulty, see below for faulty returns).

We will only refund orders when:

Clothing: Items of clothing must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, smoke and hair free. 

Footwear: Shoes must not have been worn outside. If you are unsure of your size we suggest that you try your shoes on indoors and preferably on carpet. The box should be returned in its original condition without and labels or tape stuck directly to the box. 

DVD's: The return of DVD's will not be accepted unless they are still sealed in the original packaging.

Skateboard Hardware: Returns of skateboard equipment and hardware will only be accepted if they are in un-skated condition and in original packaging. Once a skateboard deck has been assembled and gripped it can not be returned or exchanged all decks must be returned in re-sellable condition.

Faulty Items: if you think that you may have a faulty item because of a manufacturing fault, please contact us for a returns number and with a description of the issue. Once you have obtained a returns number then please send the faulty item back to us. We will then inspect the product and contact you. From time to time we may need to send some item back to the supplier/manufacturer for their opinion. If we need to do this we will inform you either via email or telephone. If we feel that your product is faulty we will issue a full refund including your return postage. 

Any skateboard decks that are returned as faulty will be dealt with by the supplier/manufacturer. We do not replace snapped/broken skateboard decks or decks with stress/pressure cracks. The majority of board breaks/snaps happen when landing a trick and the feet do not land in the correct position and not due to a manufacturing fault.

In Store Returns: If you are local to our store but have bought online you can call in and return/exchange your item. One of our members of staff will be more than happy to help. If a refund is needed you will be refunded via the same way you paid for your item when you ordered online.

European/International Returns: If you are returning an item from any of the European countries that we deliver to please be aware that you need to cover the return postage costs. Please make sure you return you good using a trackable service.
