Santa Cruz Skateboards is one of the one of the most recognised brands in skateboarding. The company was founded back in 1973 in California by Jay Shuirman, Rich Novak and Doug Haut with artist Jim Philips onboard who created some of their iconic logos and graphics like the ‘Screaming Hand’. Santa Cruz is possibly one of few skateboard brands that has never really gone away, with a strong team of new and veteran skaters they are one of the foundations of skateboarding.
