Girl Skateboards, based in Torrance, USA, was founded in 1993 by Rick Howard and Mike Carroll after leaving World Industries behind to start their own company. Known for producing some of skateboarding’s most creative videos under legendary director Spike Jonze and for assembling one of the most innovative teams in the game, Girl has left a lasting mark on the industry. In 2023, they celebrated their 30th anniversary, a rare milestone in skateboarding.
