Powell Peralta were one of the big skateboard companies in the 1980's and their decks were in high demand. They had skaters like Tony Hawk, Lance Mountain, Mike McGill, Steve Caballero, Tommy Guerrero, Rodney Mullen and many more on their elite team entitled The 'Bones Brigade'.Powell have continued to make skateboards all the way through the years and from time to time reissue some of their classic back catalogue of best selling decks from back in the day. Powell make their old school reissue decks to the exact same specification as they were back in the day (they even use the old school truck hole pattern unlike other brands who have adopted the modern truck pattern). Some of the classic reissues that you'll find from time to time here on our Powell Old School Deck page are Caballero Street, Caballero Chinese Dragon, Frankie Hill Bulldog, Vallely Elephant, Rodney Mullen Freestyle Decks, Per Wellinder Nordic Skull, Per Wellinder Freestyle Decks, Mike McGil Skull+Sword, Tony Hawk Claw, Tony Hawk Skull, Tommy Guerrero Flaming Dagger, Ray Barbee Rag Doll, Nicky Guerrero Mask to name just a few. Each time they reissue them in a new colourway (boards were actually limited in number by colour back in the day so it's said) so don't expect them to stick around as many people collect Powell Old School Decks for their collections.
