Brand Profile: Neff Headwear
Neff Headwear is the latest brand to be added to the Native roster. Founded in 2002 buy Shaun Neff while he studied at Utah’s Brigham Young University and is based in Ventura, California. The first Neff products were hand knitted beanies that were sold in the Milo Snow & Skate Shop in Utah and in 2011 Forbes magazine wrote a feature on Neff describing their business model as the “cool factor” business model with shaun stating “we are the only headwear company in the game”.
Neff Headwear has a presence within most “action” sports and supports athletes from snowboarding, skateboarding and surfing people like Torstein Horgmo and Scotty Lago make up the Snowboard side of things, from surfing they have Evan Geiselman, Jordy Smith and Dion Agius, finally from the world of skateboarding the have hooked up Silas Baxter-Neal, Matt Bennett, Aaron “Jaws” Homoki, Leo Romero, Moose, Ryan Decenzo and Nick Merlino.
You can also find Neff involved in various events including the Maloof Money Cup and the Tampa Am competitions.
