We are currently looking for new team members to add to our growing team:

Retail Store Manager: Newcastle Upon Tyne

We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Retail Manager for our Newcastle upon Tyne based Store.

The successful candidate will  be an experienced retail manager with an in-depth knowledge of skateboarding and skate fashion. We are seeking an energetic and creative individual who will have a natural passion for the Native Skate Store brand.

The Successful candidate will report to our Operations Director.

Please find a brief outline of the role and responsibilities below.

• Day to day operations of Newcastle Retail Store.
• Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to liaise with our e-commerce team to ensure all Collect In Store orders run smoothly and any shared stock is controlled correctly.
• Achieve sales targets and maximise profitability.
• Provide a high level of customer service at all times.
• PC Literate with a good understanding of Excel and Photoshop
• Competent with social media channels eg Facebook/twitter/instagram
• The successful candidate will be passionate about skateboarding and have the ability to motivate and inspire their team.
