This Weeks Wood
We have all the bases covered this week; we have everything from old school style Santa Cruz with a handful of new limited Star Wars graphics, to a full range of new element decks as well as a whole load of shaped goodness from Mike V and the guys over at Street Plant. Our pick of the week out of this lot though has to be the new element decks, particularly the Sprites series designed by Fos the man behind Heroin Skateboards.

Helas
Helas started out as purveyors of high quality headwear and expanded their line to incorporate more soft goods such as hoods, crews and t-shirts…..their spring collection just landed here in store which includes a whole host of caps and a few tees; both long and short sleeve. Helas is always in a high demand here and more often than not sells out within the first week so get on it quick before it’s gone.

Welcome X Adidas
On top of last week’s drop of Adidas footwear we also have a special Adidas X Welcome collab collection out this week. Included in this collection is a football jersey and an Adidas Matchcourt mid, the jersey is constructed using their ClimaCool fabric; designed to sweep sweat away from the skin keeping you cool and dry while out on the session. The Shoes feature a full suede upper with a reinforced rubber toe piece on top of a flexible, lightweight vulc sole complete with Welcome detailing.

Penny Skateboards
Our Penny Summer delivery just arrived; perfectly timed with the appearance of all this sun and warm weather we’ve been enjoying this week. We have both 22’’ and 27’’ cruisers in stock, ranging from plain and simple to over the top full prints and bright colours. I think the standout of the show though is the Melon Mania full print cruiser….if colour isn’t your thing though we also the Blackout, all black everything! The Penny’s come fully assembled and ready to roll straight out the shop.

Lakai
Fresh in from core skate shoe brand Lakai this week is a new colour way of Manchester, a special MJ Mid done in collaboration with Jenkem Magazine and a whole new model of shoe named the Mayfair. It features a suede and canvas upper on a vulcanized cup sole as well as containing their Lux-Lite insole. . If you haven’t seen the advert for MJ’s shoe with Jenkem then I suggest to head over to their site now and check it out (18+).

Santa Cruz Star wars
As mentioned above we have the rad new selection of official Star Wars X Santa Cruz decks in to coincide with Star Wars day (May 4th). This time round it’s Episode VII’s turn, Captain Phasma and BB8 get the limelight this time with the Phasma graphic being the standout one for sure.
