Product Roundup – 20/05/2016
Footwear – With the release of Away Days looming ever present and most of the premiers having already occurred, one final push is being made to build the hype in the form of another official ‘Away Days’ colourway of Adi-Ease shoe. This time round it has a full leather upper with a set of golden 3 stripes and detailing on top of the usual vulc sole. Also in this week we have the Ishod Low Dunk which was originally intended for a later release to coincide with his entry into the Barcelona leg of the Street League Comp. The Shoe features a suede and tie dye canvas upper with a thinned down tongue and collar on top of the classic zoom insole.
Wood – Loads of rad wood in this week from the homies over at Real Skateboards, we have the ‘My Favourite Pro’ series in alongside a Tommy Guerrero (TG) Re-issue as well as a new TG graphic called Hot Butterknife which pays homage to his OG Powell Peralta Flaming Dagger deck. Also in this week we have a massive selection of cool new graphics from British company The National Skateboard Co., our favourite ones from the lot have to be the series entitled ‘Universe’. If you’re a fan of the legend that is Duane Peters we’re now stocking Magic, which means we have a couple of his Pro boards now in.
Clothing – Mountains of clothing in this week from a huge variety of brands….we have Diamond, Primtive, Santa Cruz, The National, DGK and Buttergoods. First off is a DGK X Blabac limited edition T-Shirt featuring a photo of Stevie and Kalis at Love Park on the front, the decks have already sold out and the tees will no doubt be soon to follow. Next of notable mention is the Buttergoods drop, Buttergoods are an Australian softgoods brand offering a large selection of long and short sleeve T-Shirts as well as high quality headwear (refer to our previous blog post for a selection of handpicked goods from the collection). Thrasher have been quite quiet on the clothing front as of late but to keep you satisfied until their new summer range drops they’ve released a limited run Skategoat tee and Mag logo hood both in an antique cherry red colourway.
Santa Cruz – have released some new goods into their 30 year anniversary range this week with the artwork done by some recognizable names….one of which is Legend Steve Caballero and the other being Ken Davis. As well as a massive selection of boards The National Skateboard Co. have also released a small collection of softgoods to sit alongside it, we have the usual best selling long sleeves, a hood and a handful of caps and beanies.
Trucks – A bit light on the truck offering this week but what we do have in are an absolute banger, Thunder have teamed up with bolt company Hardies Hardware to bring you a new colourway in 147 & 149 Hollow Lights. These trucks are some of the best Thunder have to offer, they feature a hollow axle and kingpin as well as a forged steel baseplate making them some of the strongest and lightest trucks on the market. Just like to add we also have a full re-stock on all the usual goods from Thunder, Venture and Independent.
