This Weeks New Product Roundup!

As always we’ve went in heavy on the decks this week with everything ranging from Baker and Blood Wizard to the lighter side of things such as Blind and Enjoi. First of all let’s talk about the new Zero decks though, we’ve backed Zero since day one and it’s always sold well here in the store so it’s always a delight when we get rad new graphics in from these guys. We have a few new variations on the classic ‘Single Skull’ as well as a series called ‘Alter Ego’ which looks like it’s been penned by artist Ben Horton (who also owns $lave), this series contains what is probably Nick Boserio’s last Pro model graphic, having parted ways with Zero last month. Next up we have Baker Skateboards, another one of those timeless OG skateboard brands that just keeps on going from stregth to strength. From those guys we have new variations on the Brand Logo and Pro Brand Logo decks as well as a series called ‘Dabble’ and all the usual rad one off graphics thrown in there for good measure with the stand out one being the Figgy Pizza Head.
Enjoi are back with their usual tongue in cheek graphics mostly revolving around Trump, clever word play and of course a Bowie tribute board in there as well. They also have a full series of graphics with artwork from guest artist Jim Houser as well as a remake of their bestselling cat collage deck, this time featuring dogs….
Next up we have the gnarliness that is Blood Wizard; the decks are apparently made from an ancient tree that once entombed the Blood Wizard and for those brave enough to ride them it is said to be like riding the lightning edge between life and death….how much of this is true we don’t actually know but the graphics sure are rad and would be just as good hung on your wall as they would be Bs Disastering the deep end of your local bowl. Continuing on from those gnarly graphics we have a fresh series of Blind boards in called ‘Warrior’ a lot different from their more childish graphics of late, on top of this we have all the usual supersaver budget boards in from those guys. Speaking of budget we have a heap of new Birdhouse in with a full range of price point boards as well as the Pro decks in with a really rad series of animal graphics, particularly the Raybourn Psych Frog.

As well as this week’s new wood we have a whole stack of new wheels in from the guys over at Bliss and OJ. Bliss has recently turned Garrett Hill Pro and his new black & white swirled ‘Killa Skull’ wheel has proved popular in store alongside Manny Santiago’s Pro wheel the ‘Knock Out’. OJ also come out swinging with Wes Kremer and P-Stone filmer wheels, a Jason Jesse Pro wheel the ‘Face Hammer’ and a Jose Rojo Pro wheel called ‘Luche Libre’ amongst many others. Not to be missed though is a sick new green Raven Tershy pro wheel from Spitfire, it is poured from their Formula Four urethane making it one of the best wheels money can buy.
