Vans Skate Era: A Classic Vans Skate Shoe Has Returned!

Legendary skater Geoff Rowley has said ‘’This shoe is the reason I decided to skate for Vans’’. 

If that doesn’t tell you all you need to know about the Vans Skate Era, then nothing will. 

First introduced in 1976, a truly classic Vans Skate shoe has returned in 2026.

With a sleek look, and vulcanized sole, the Era is a classic looking skate shoe, giving you excellent board feel as well. With the re-release, Vans have introduced a number of colourways, and have also brought back the incredibly nostalgic Red and Blue colourway and will be instantly recognisable to anyone of a certain age and over. 

The return of the Era has not only seen the classic vulc model, but also the introduction of the ‘Wafflecup’ cupsole model, offering a slightly bulkier look on the sole, giving you more foot protection and higher support for impact skating, while only minimally sacrificing board feel.
