Element Skateboards Make It Count UK Competition May 5th 2012

Element Skateboards just sent over some details of the UK leg of their annual Make It Count Competition. The UK competition takes place at Bay 66 Skatepark in London on saturday the 5th of May 2012. The contest starts at 1pm and registration is from 12pm. Entry is Free with One Canned Food Item, all food Cans will go to local Food banks. First Ever 1080 Landed!

12 year old Tom Schaar from Malibu, california landed the first ever 1080 earlier this week at the Woodward Mega Ramp. There was a special section made to the ramp to allow Tom to ride backwards over the launch ramp. This enabled him to be able to get the speed up so he could rotate the full 3 turns. Well done Tom! Skateboarding continues to progress and progress. What next?

The Hundreds By Don Pendleton

Certainly one of our favourite skateboard artists here at Native, Don Pendleton teamed up with Streetwear Brand The Hundreds recently and created a small tight line of clothing. The Hundreds by Don Pendleton is definately going to sell out fast here and quite rightly so.
